Legacy of Water Provides Endowed Scholarship

Through her generous pledge, Gloria Gene Moore, a proud Texas State University alumna from the classes of '72 and '73, has established the Gloria Gene Moore and Gloria Bliss Moore Endowed Scholarship, a beacon of support for students pursuing studies in Resource and Environmental Studies or Water Resources. This scholarship not only honors the remarkable life of her mother, Gloria Bliss Moore, but also extends a lifeline to students diving into fields crucial for safeguarding Texas's ecological treasures.
